How We're Organized

This Handbook

This handbook will forever remain our most important resource for communication and organization and we ask our contributors to take a handbook first approach to issue solving by becoming familiar with it's search feature.

Discord

Our Discord server is our chosen primary method for active contributor communication.

The DEV ZONE menu category houses all of our public contributor channels, and we encourage most non-sensitive discussion to happen in those.

Project's may have other private sub-channels, or channels hidden for public cleanliness. Be sure to check for a pinned message in a project's public contribution channel, or reach out to a project's team for their channel list.

Forgejo

For the unfamiliar, Forgejo is a self-hostable software forge (Git) maintained by Codeberg. We cannot speak highly enough of Forgejo as a Github alternative and even more thrilled with Codeberg's moral alignment as an organization.

We use Forgejo issue tracking as our central source of truth for project status and management, with it's wiki functionality as a documentation hub.
